Fit Flavor is independently owned and all information and products are created by the website owner.

Food safety and cleanliness is strictly enforced by the Fit Flavor business. Groceries are store bought exactly 1 day before or the day of preparation. Meal temperatures are checked twice before packaging.

Freshness is ensured by Good Packaging's 100% eco-friendly, organic, and disposable fiber trays which are sealed by a leak-proof, airtight plastic wrap. Both are Microwave and Freezer safe and can withstand heat up to 350 degrees.

All orders should be placed at least a week in advance of desired delivery date or booked personally with the Fit Flavor owner.
